This is now closed until next year.
We are inviting people of Church Hill to enter the names of any loved ones they have lost. We will then place their names on a bauble that will be hung on the Christmas tree, during December, in Church Hill Centre. The deadline for accepting orders is Wednesday 15th December.
The baubles saved from last year will be added to the tree. However, a few have unfortunately been damaged in storage. To make sure that your loved one’s bauble is put on this year’s tree, please complete the form. We will check their bauble is included. If it’s missing, we will arrange for a new one to be made.

If you would like to make a donation, this will be used to cover the costs of the bauble. Any surplus will be used by Church Hill Big Local to fund our community projects. To donate please visit Make a Donation – (chbl.org.uk)
We will be arranging a date in January when you will be able to come and collect your bauble if you so wish.
